Compound scraper

The ZKD composite pneumatic scraping knife is a new type of sanitary paper creasing knife developed by our factory after introducing, digesting, and absorbing advanced foreign technologies, tailored to the national conditions of China. This scraping knife features a simple structure and convenient adjustment. It works by using a cylinder to drive the scraping knife frame's rotation, while an airbag promotes a compound motion that applies pressure to the blade through the rear pressing index. This design automatically compensates for defects caused by the uneven surface of the drying cylinder, ensuring consistent creasing or preventing issues with non-creasing. It is widely applicable to both high-speed and low-speed paper machines.
