一 ： Product introduction

XSJ double screw extruder is mainly used for black liquor extraction in paper pulping. The working process is directly from the raw materials from the spray bin or the pulp from the high-concentration hydraulic pulper and the preliminarily concentrated slurry directly into the double screw extruder, through the reverse rotation of the left and right spiral shafts, the pulp is pushed from one end to the other. At the same time, because the pitch of the left and right spiral shafts changes from large to small and the diameter of the spiral shaft becomes thicker from thin, the pulp is continuously squeezed in motion, so that the black liquor is squeezed out through the eyelet of the sieve plate, and the squeezed slurry is discharged through the discharge port. This equipment has a simple structure, small footprint, easy operation and reliable use. It is an ideal extraction equipment for the comprehensive utilization of black liquor in pulp and paper mills.

二： Working principle

After the slurry is steamed through the steaming ball or underground pool, it is injected into the extruder, and the slurry is squeezed out under the action of extrusion, so as to achieve the purpose of black liquor extraction. At the same time, due to the slurry being squeezed, it also has a de facto relief effect.

三： Advantages of equipment
