The common round wire cage has been replaced with an inclined screen dewatering board, and the ordinary movable arc-shaped mesh slot has been changed to a pressure mesh slot. The traditional atmospheric pulp forming has been upgraded to forced pressure pulp forming, and the conventional manual pressure adjustment has been replaced by pneumatic pressure adjustment. There are more than ten improvements, including a mobile pneumatic scraper, resulting in high automation level and simplified operation. Its main features include low pulp concentration, high pressure, uniformity, rapid forming, excellent uniformity, a wide basis weight range (13g-38g/m2), high operating speed (150–200m/min), large production capacity, low energy consumption, compact structure, and stable operation. It represents the upgrade and replacement of ordinary round wire paper machines.
