1. Product IntroductionThis product is one of the main equipment for washing pulp and extracting black liquor in paper and pulp mills. It retains the advantages of easy operation, reliability, and low investment in equipment and infrastructure based on a belt washing system, while developing a new type of washing and black liquor extraction equipment that addresses the disadvantages of low hole rates in belt pulpers, severe leakage and dripping, and the labor-intensive and time-consuming process of replacing belts. This pulper has passed the national-level identification by the China National Light Industry Council, and the comprehensive economic and technical indicators of washing pulp and extracting black liquor have reached a leading level domestically.
2. Working PrincipleThe washing filter surface consists of a spiral polyester mesh support belt running within a suction filter tank and a polyester mesh attached to the support belt. The support belt transmits power and drives the filter mesh. During the return trip of the tail roller, the guide mesh roller separates the filter mesh from the support belt, which is tensioned by the adjustment head roller, while the filter mesh is tightened by the mesh tightening roller. The head roller also serves to adjust the steel belt.This equipment's pulp flow box is equipped with a pneumatic gate and a manual gate for backflow structure. The pneumatic gate automatically opens when the machine is shut down to allow the pulp to return, while the manual gate is used for pulp layer thickness adjustment and for releasing pulp flow when the pneumatic gate fails.The main body of this equipment consists of a wash box, suction filter transition box, head and tail roller frame, pulp feeding box, and machine frame. The wash box is equipped with a washing trough for rinsing pulp, filtering the pulp, and collecting black liquor. After washing, the collected black liquor is used for countercurrent washing in various sections, while ensuring that the liquid ratios between sections balance the liquid volumes.The machine has a total of six wash boxes, which are sealed and separated. The first section is the forming section, while the other five sections are for countercurrent washing, with the last section being a fresh water washing section. An additional fresh water washing section can be added based on actual conditions, and suction filter transition boxes are provided at both ends of the wash boxes to ensure washing effectiveness. The inlet of the wash box is equipped with a rubber pulp scraping board to ensure an even pulp layer.The machine frame is equipped with a correction device to ensure that the mesh belt runs within the allowable range and can be adjusted if it deviates; the filter mesh also has correction and tensioning devices.
3. Equipment Advantages1. Wide adaptability: This machine is suitable for various types of slurry, as the slurry easily gets on the net, with a high coating concentration and uniform thickness that can be adjusted conveniently. The operating speed is infinitely variable within the range of 0 to 30 meters/minute.2. The filtering part of the machine consists of a filter mesh and a support mesh. The support mesh is made of stainless steel spiral mesh belt with a porosity greater than 45%. Therefore, its negative pressure source is a high-pressure centrifugal fan, allowing the entire machine to be arranged in either single-layer or double-layer forms depending on the process layout, significantly reducing construction investment. Both the support mesh and the filter mesh are end meshes, making installation, maintenance, and repairs convenient, with mesh replacement able to be completed within 4 hours.3. The support mesh and filter mesh have a manual correction device to ensure that the two meshes are corrected within the allowable range.4. The slurry washing employs a multi-stage countercurrent washing method completed on the same plane, with clear boundaries between each washing stage. Below the support mesh, roller supports, all made of rubber roller structure, reduce relative friction between the rollers and the mesh.5. The support mesh operates within a sealed casing, with the filter mesh on both sides having a turned edge design to eliminate slurry black edge and black liquid leakage, enhancing the extraction rate of black liquid.6. The machine is equipped with a liquid storage tank to balance liquid level differences in each section. Additionally, the device has a compact design and occupies a small footprint, reducing investment in auxiliary equipment tanks.7. Easy start and stop: The machine is equipped with a pneumatic backflow gate in the slurry tank, allowing the main machine to stop with slurry backflow, and has manual gate adjustments for controlling the thickness of the slurry layer.8.
