1. 2. Working PrincipleThis machine uses a fixed wing structure and a rotating screening drum. The drum with a corrugated surface performs a circular motion. Utilizing the high centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating drum, heavy impurities in the pulp are thrown to the outer periphery, which can effectively remove impurities such as knots, gravel, and iron nails from the pulp, and the screening drum is not easily clogged; the closed structure can maintain a higher temperature of the pulp.
