1. Product IntroductionThe centrifugal screen, also known as the CX screen, is a type of pressure screen. The centrifugal pulping machine is a screening device used in the pulping and papermaking industry, primarily for coarse screening after washing, removing undecomposed fibers, fiber bundles, and other impurities from the pulp. It is a newly improved equipment based on the CX type centrifugal screen. It is particularly suitable for the production of corrugated paper waste pulp and semi-chemical pulp with not very high selection requirements. 2. Working PrincipleThe centrifugal pulping machine mainly consists of components such as the shell, base, screen drum, rotor, and motor. The pulp enters the screen drum through the inlet on one side of the shell, and good pulp passes through the screen holes due to the pressure difference inside and outside the screen drum and the centrifugal force. Coarse residue and fiber bundles are trapped inside the screen drum and are discharged through the tail pulp outlet.
