1. Product IntroductionThe XFX Duplex Fiber Separator is mainly used for separating light and heavy impurities in waste paper pulp, and for re-breaking the pulp coming from the hydraulic pulper. With the help of this secondary breaking, the screen holes of the bottom screen plate of the hydraulic pulper can be enlarged, improving its production capacity.
2. Working PrincipleThe pulp enters the tank tangentially and accelerates under the action of the impeller, generating a vortex inside the tank. The centripetal force generated by the vortex causes light impurities to gather at the center of the vortex while heavy impurities are thrown towards the tank wall. The collected light impurities at the center of the tank are intermittently discharged through the light impurity discharge pipe installed on the front cover via a valve, while the heavy impurities that are thrown to the tank wall continuously pass through the heavy impurity discharge pipe along with some pulp into the heavy impurity separator, and the pulp, after the heavy impurities are removed by the separator, is returned to the pulp inlet. The heavy impurities collected in the separator's impurity tank are discharged regularly through a valve. After the pulp undergoes secondary breaking by the impeller in the tank, it enters the screening chamber through the back screen plate of the impeller. The screening chamber is divided into inner and outer parts by a circular screen drum, and there is a rotary drum rotor inside the screen drum that rotates to clean the screen holes to prevent blockage. Qualified fibers are discharged through the screen drum's screen holes via the good pulp pipe, while coarse residues are discharged from the tail pulp pipe.
3. Equipment AdvantagesThe left half of this machine is equivalent to a sealed horizontal hydraulic pulper, while the right half is a horizontal pressure screen. The structure is compact and highly efficient. This machine integrates functions such as breaking, impurity removal, and screening, significantly simplifying the waste paper processing process and reducing energy consumption.
