1. Product IntroductionThe XRDF-Ⅱ type single-effect separator is primarily used for separating light and heavy impurities from waste paper pulp and for the secondary disintegration of pulp from the hydraulic pulper. With the aid of this machine's secondary disintegration, the sieve holes of the hydraulic pulper's bottom screen can be enlarged, thus enhancing its production capacity. This machine is equivalent to a combination of a sealed horizontal hydraulic pulper and a light and heavy impurity separator. It features a compact structure and high efficiency, incorporating functions such as disintegration, impurity removal, and coarse screening, which significantly simplifies the waste paper processing flow and reduces energy consumption.
2. Working PrinciplePulp enters the tank tangentially and accelerates under the action of the impeller, creating a vortex within the tank. The centripetal force generated by the vortex causes light impurities to concentrate at the center, while heavy impurities are thrown towards the tank wall. The light impurities that gather at the center of the tank are continuously or intermittently discharged through a valve at the light impurity outlet on the front cover, while the heavy impurities, along with some pulp, continuously flow through the heavy impurity discharge pipe into the heavy impurity separator. The pulp, after heavy impurity removal in the separator, is sent back to the pulp inlet. The removed heavy impurities are collected in the separator's impurity tank and are discharged periodically through a valve. After the pulp undergoes secondary disintegration by the impellers in the tank, it is sent out through the pulp outlet pipe via the back screen of the impeller.
3. Equipment Advantages1. Low power consumption with high yield. The XRDF-Ⅱ-2 type single-effect separator with 37KW power achieves an output equivalent to that of the XRDF3 single type fiber separator, which requires 75KW of power.2. High pulp concentration. The standard inlet concentration is between 3-4%, but it can be increased to 5%.3. High impurity discharge rate. The impurity discharge rate is between 3-7%, depending on the type of waste paper.
