Its unique structural design allows for slurry input within a concentration range of 0.4% to 2.0%.The slurry enters the conical body in a spiral tangential manner, quickly forming a stable vortex. Good slurry is separated from the upper section, while tail slurry is discharged through the bottom slag discharge device. The flushing water creates a vortex, facilitating secondary separation of the tail slurry in the secondary separation chamber, where fibers are concentrated and recovered from the center, and tailings are expunged from the bottom discharge outlet, significantly reducing fiber loss. This device can be applied in various slurry purification systems to remove heavy impurities such as sand and dust from the slurry.
