Slag Separator Machine

1. Product IntroductionThe XZS type slag separation machine is primarily used for processing tail pulp with a high impurity content in waste paper pulp systems. This series of products is constructed with stainless steel screen plates, and all components that come into contact with the pulp are made of stainless steel, utilizing a high-speed, multi-blade rotor structure, and operates under atmospheric pressure in a closed system.

2. Working PrincipleThe pulp enters the interior of the slag separation machine through the inlet under atmospheric pressure. Under the centrifugal action of the high-speed rotating rotor, the fibers are separated from the pulp slurry through the screen plate. Simultaneously, the rotating rotor blades transport the slurry forward and perform secondary disintegration of the pulp slurry. Moreover, a constant flow of wash water is used to rinse the pulp slurry, allowing for further recovery of fibers. The separated impurities are discharged from the slag outlet.
