1. Product introduction

Cylindrical screen is a new type of screening equipment designed on the basis of digestion and absorption of foreign prototypes. It is used in the waste pulp deinking production process After the high-concentration hydraulic pulper and before the high-concentration slag remover, the waste pulp crushed by the high-concentration hydraulic pulper is roughly screened to remove coarse debris to reduce the burden of screening equipment in the subsequent process. The A-type cylindrical screen is used in the rough separator or impurity separator to concentrate the separated impurities and recover the fibers in them. It has the advantages of large production capacity, good screening effect, simple structure, and convenient maintenance.

2. Working principle

The waste pulp from the high-concentration hydraulic pulper is pumped into the cylindrical screen drum, and the A-type cylindrical screen is directly entered into the screen drum by the rough separator or impurity separator. Under the action of centrifugal force, the good slurry passes through the sieve plate, and the coarse debris is transported to the slag outlet by the spiral blades in the sieve drum.
