1. Various impurities such as iron wires, plastics, fine ropes, and cotton yarn continuously rotate and entangle into a mass. With the help of the guiding rope function of the rope twisting machine, these impurities are twisted together to form a strand of rope, which is continuously pulled out from the rope twisting machine to facilitate the preliminary purification of the pulp.

Structural CharacteristicsThe device consists of a box, transmission mechanism, pulleys, and a lifting mechanism for the pressure wheel.The transmission mechanism is composed of a directly coupled electric motor, a two-stage reducer transmission shaft, bearings, and pulleys.The lifting mechanism for the pressure wheel consists of: a cylinder, a switching valve, the pressure wheel, and the pressure arm.
