1. Product IntroductionThe recycling of waste paper has now been widely applied in the production practices of newsprint, cultural paper, high-grade sanitary paper, and corrugated board paper. Used corrugated board paper, old books, and imported OCC put higher demands on the technology and quality of initial shredding equipment. Our company has absorbed advanced technology from foreign products and developed the ZDSS adjustable double vortex high-efficiency hydraulic pulping machine, which features innovative and reasonable design and simple operation. Practical use by various papermaking manufacturers has proven that the ZDS is a horizontal hydraulic pulping machine, and the ZDSS is one of the new generation pulping equipment designed based on the principle of hydraulic vortices, saving over 40% in electricity compared to single vortex pulping machines.

2. Working PrincipleWhen the knife discs rotate in opposite directions on different axes, the pulp material moves radially in a downstream direction. Under the effect of the rotation of the knife discs, the dual axial flipping from the side of the trough accelerates the hydration and disintegration of waste paper in the trough. Heavy substances fall to the bottom of the trough to protect the knife discs. The gap between the knife disc and the screen plate is adjustable to meet the requirements of various pulps and disintegration processes. The knife discs are made of high-quality cast steel, precision cast and heat treated, then finely processed on a lathe. The stress points of the knife discs are welded with hard alloys making them highly efficient and wear-resistant, followed by static balance correction and operational testing. The drive shaft undergoes aging and heat treatment and is finished on an M131 grinding machine; the bearing body is artificially aged to eliminate internal stress, enhancing toughness and strength. The inner hole of the bearing body is finely processed on a large boring machine, ensuring good coaxiality and high precision. The gap between the knife disc and the screen plate is controlled by a worm and worm gear, facilitating simple and convenient adjustments.ZDSS employs a dual set drive system, with double knife discs rotating in opposite directions, creating two vortices that form convection, thereby increasing the hydraulic shearing action that promotes the accelerated hydration and disintegration of waste paper. At the same time, the knife discs are adjustable, allowing for an expanded range of pulping. During operation, the waste paper is always subjected to high-speed counterflow, causing friction between paper sheets to achieve rapid disintegration, which conserves energy and improves efficiency.
