1. Equipment IntroductionThe XRFC vacuum deinking machine utilizes a Venturi jet to generate bubbles, employs a suction fan to extract foam, and thoroughly separates ink through an ink separator. It features high deinking efficiency, minimal fiber loss, and continuous operation without frequent clogging, making it an essential equipment for deinking waste paper. Other types of deinking equipment include cylindrical and rectangular tank variations.

2. Working PrincipleThe vacuum flotation deinking system operates on the principle of gas flotation, removing ink particles from waste paper pulp to achieve high-quality pulp. This system consists of 2-4 flotation deinking tanks, one foam separator, and one liquid level regulating device. Users can select the number of tanks in series based on the type of waste paper raw materials and the required pulp quality (this instruction manual is based on an example configuration of two flotation tanks, one foam separator, and one liquid level regulating device used in series).

The raw pulp is pumped into the slurry distributor and mixed with the air inhaled by the venturi injector, and the bubbles formed are evenly distributed in the pulp, and the mixed pulp enters the lower flotation chamber at the lower part of the deinking tank along the tangent direction, and then rises along the spiral to the top of the overflow cylinder, and overflows to the upper flotation chamber and descends along the spiral, mixes with the returned pulp at the bottom of the outer cylinder, and then flows out along the tangent direction. The foam layer of ink particles in the pulp is sucked away by the ink suction device; The sucked foam is sent to the foam separator in a tangential direction for gas-liquid separation. The flotation pulp enters the second flotation tank for a second flotation.

The liquid level of the 1# flotation tank is maintained stable by the automatic adjustment valve; The 2# flotation tank is regulated by the liquid level adjustment device installed behind it.

3. Advantages of equipment

The unit has a significant deinking effect, and has the advantages of high yield, less fiber loss, power saving and small footprint, and can be widely used in the deinking and pulping line of large and medium-sized paper mills, suitable for the deinking process of waste books and periodicals, waste newspaper, printing paper, waste banknote paper, American waste and all kinds of imported waste paper.
