1. Product IntroductionThe hot dispersing machine is designed based on foreign products, taking into account the national conditions of our country. It is used in the pulp and paper industry to separate impurities such as adhesives, fats, waxes, and rubber from waste paper pulp. It can also be used to disperse inks and treat wet-strength waste paper to improve deinking efficiency and enhance the quality of the deinked pulp.
2. Working PrincipleThe role of hot dispersion is primarily achieved through the relative motion between the stator and rotor within the machine. The slurry enters the hot dispersing machine at a concentration greater than 28%, where it is subjected to steam heating while experiencing intense rubbing between the stator and rotor. This process disperses thermoplastic impurities such as adhesives and wax attached to the fibers into fine particles, concentrates the plastics and rubber mixed with the waste paper into spherical shapes, and separates inks from the fibers, making it easier to remove them in subsequent stages.
3. Equipment AdvantagesThis equipment features excellent dispersion effectiveness and a high degree of automation, making it a key device in current waste paper processing systems.
