1. Product IntroductionThe medium to high concentration energy-saving pulping machine, referred to as the medium to high concentration mill, is an upgraded product of high concentration pulping equipment, utilizing a frequency conversion speed regulation and forced feeding method. It is suitable for grinding chemical pulp, semi-chemical mechanical pulp, cold soaking high yield pulp, and fiberboard materials. The medium to high concentration mill has a wide range of applicability for pulp materials, accommodating complex tree species and significant material property differences, as well as wood processing waste such as edge scraps, wood chips, sawdust, pulp residues, and cold soaked materials like reed sheets, rice, wheat straw, and cotton stems. It can efficiently separate these materials into high-quality fibers due to its high rotational linear speed and appropriate grinding plate gap.The efficient pressing grinder has a wide range of raw material applicability, capable of grinding algae such as seaweed and kelp, as well as bones, waste, organic matter, wood, tobacco stems, and remaining edge scraps from cotton fibers, wood chips, sawdust, pulp residues, and cold soaked reed sheets, rice straw, wheat straw, and cotton stems. It utilizes high rotational linear speed and appropriate grinding plate gaps to reduce the physical size of materials, separating them into high-quality fertilizers, animal feed, and fiber pulp, achieving the purpose of pretreatment.
2. Working PrincipleThe working principle involves the blade wheel of the main spindle flinging the pulp (raw pulp) delivered by the feeding auger towards the crushing area between the two grinding discs; it quickly grinds the raw pulp into fine pulp through the rough and fine grinding zones at a rotational linear speed of 2750 m/min, which is then discharged into the storage tank for future use. The grinding plates are customized according to the type of pulp and undergo special treatment, making them strong and durable, showcasing excellent quality when grinding high yield pulp by immersion method and semi-chemical mechanical pulp.
3. Equipment AdvantagesThe primary distinction between this machine and other conventional high concentration pulping machines is the addition of a pressure equalization system on the main spindle, allowing for more uniform pressure during the grinding process, resulting in a larger output with fewer fiber cuts.After improvements, the technical advantages compared to conventional equipment are as follows:
1. Utilizes oil lubrication for bearings, equipped with a cooling water system;
2. Increased bearing spacing for more stable operation;
3. Automatic equalization device for a more uniform pulping effect and lower energy consumption;
4. Enlarged feeding auger for forced feeding and higher output;
5. Laser sensors for adjusting grinding plate gaps, allowing for direct visibility when modifying the grinding effect;
6. Dynamic balance treatment of grinding plates, resulting in low operational vibration and noise;
7. Quick-release coupling design for simpler and more convenient operation;
8. Equipped with a bearing temperature protection system to monitor the temperature of operating bearings, effectively preventing equipment damage;
9. Frequency conversion forced feeding for more uniform feeding;
10. Cast steel pulping chamber that is wear-resistant, has a long service life, and effectively prevents breakage of the pulping chamber due to external forces.
