1. Product introduction

XJXJ double spiral rubbing and grinding separator is a new type of mechanical pulping machine carefully designed by our company's scientific researchers after repeated verification and many experiments. This machine is suitable for the direct rough pulping of raw materials such as rice straw, bagasse, reeds, wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton stalks, corn stalks, shavings, sawing, wood cutting, wood strips, hemp, branches, shrubs, etc., and can directly process the raw materials into velvety fibers (fine fiberization), high concentration pulping, reduce fiber cutting, and can be directly made with a high-concentration pulping machine, with strong ink absorption, high opacity, soft and smooth, and good printing adaptability of high-yield mechanical pulp, and can also be used for the raw material pretreatment and grinding of MDF production lines. No chemicals are required in production, and the harm to environmental pollution is small, and it is a new type of pulping equipment that meets environmental protection requirements. During cooking, the raw materials are made into fine fibers after being roughly pulped by the machine, which can increase the ball-loading capacity, shorten the cooking time, and reduce the amount of chemicals (about 1/4 of the traditional cooking chemicals). Or after various pretreatments, it can be used to make full chemical natural color pulp, full chemical bleaching pulp, semi-chemical mechanical pulp, and cold high-yield mechanical pulp with different pulp standards after various pretreatments.

2. Working principle

XJXJ double spiral rubbing and grinding separator has various functions such as extrusion, grinding, heating, drug injection, stirring, oxygen injection degradation, washing, etc. The double spiral grinding and dividing machine is composed of six parts: feeding part, pulping part, discharging part, bearing seat part, reducer part, and electric motor. After the motor changes speed through the reducer, the raw materials are forced into each part of the pulping through the spiral, and the raw materials are processed into fine velvety fibers through the pulping part and discharged from the discharge port.
