一. Product introduction

Our company has developed and innovatively produced XRCM series high-efficiency rough grinders, which are mainly used for paper and pulp. It is suitable for kibble grinding before cooking, such as wheat straw, bagasse, reeds, wood chips, cotton stalks, shavings, sawdust, knotted pulp, shrubs, hemp stalks, etc., as well as for raw materials soaked in natural biological fermentation or lime water, and more suitable for kibble grinding after cooking. In particular, the slurry that has been fully relieved and broomed after coarse grinding is easier to absorb the chemical solution, reduce the cooking time, and even do not need to add chemicals, and greatly increase the loading capacity. The coarsely ground pulp only needs to pass through the pulping machine to copy containerboard, core paper and corrugated paper. This product can completely replace the trough beater and lawn mower to complete the innovation of the pulping process.

二. Working principle

This machine is composed of four parts: feeding part, grinding part, support and transmission. The feeding part adopts spiral forced feeding, and there is no need to use a grass mower for grass. The raw materials are forced into the grinding chamber through the spiral, and due to the interaction between the high-speed rotating flying knife on the spindle and the fixed knife surrounding the cylinder, the raw materials are processed from a coarse and slender state to a fine fiber state, and the material is sent to the discharge port by a special moving knife process. The coarsely ground pulp can be transported to the pulp mill, and paper can be made by washing. Because it has been ground into fine fibers before cooking, which not only increases the ball loading capacity, but also the fine fibers can be cooked thoroughly without adding chemicals, completing chemical-free pulping, ensuring the "zero" emission of pulping black liquor, so the machine is worthy of being called an "environmentally friendly product". The coarsely ground slurry can then be passed through a high-concentration energy-saving pulper or a fine pulp.

三. Advantages of equipment

1. Advanced technology - the innovation of this machine not only retains the effect of the beater to relieve the fibers, but also adopts a 360° working surface, so the efficiency ≥ three beaters, the power consumption per unit product is ≤ one beater, and the mechanical consumption is ≤ 1/3 of that of one beater.

2. Reasonable design and low consumption - the special design of this machine can not only meet the coarse grinding of clinker, but also meet the crushing of raw material. There is no need to use a lawn cutter before loading into the digester, which not only increases the amount of balls, but also makes it easier for the broomed fibers to absorb the chemical solution, reducing the cooking time and eliminating the unsafe risks of using the lawn mower.

3. The process is simple and the cost is low - whether the machine is used before and after steaming, it can only be used by washing and grinding.

4. The process is unique and pollution-free - the coarsely ground fiber is easy to cook without adding chemicals, which is more conducive to mechanical pulping.

5. Simple installation and easy maintenance - the equipment is in place, and it can be produced and used (eliminating the complex infrastructure of the trough beater).

6. Compact structure and small footprint - due to the structure of the fixed knife surrounding the moving knife, the mechanical equipment occupies only 2m2.
